The Perspective Awards provide a unique way of selecting winners from the nominations.  The selection process to determine the winner is twofold.  First, each nomination is open to an online voting session from peers, and is then put before a panel of four judges.  Perspective Magazine calls their awards “the fairest and most diverse awards program for its nominees.”
